Mishibox is a monthly beauty subscription box, and there are no customization options or box variations that you can select when subscribing.
Cost of Subscription
A Mishibox subscription costs $23.95 per month. You can also choose to subscribe for 3 months, 6 months, or one year, but you will not receive any discount on the monthly fees by doing so. This is unusual for subscription boxes.
All subscriptions renew automatically for the same term as your original subscription. For example, a 3-month subscription will roll over into another 3-month subscription.
International shipping costs $7.49 per box for Japan and between $5.95 and $10.95 for the other countries. Even at the $10.95 price point, compared to the $25 that many Cratejoy boxes charge, this is an amazing deal! So the total cost of an international subscription ranges from $29.90 to $34.90 per box.
U.S. shipping costs $5.95 per box.

Damaged Items & Refund Policy
Mishibox maintains a clear damage resolution policy. Missing or broken items will be replaced if reported within 7 days after delivery.
Fortunately, I haven’t yet had to avail myself of the process. But let us know in the comments if you have an experience to share!
Beauteque Monthly International packages are shipped via DHL out of Virginia, USA. For Tokyo deliveries, tracking updates are only available until the package arrives in Japan.

Mishibox ships in a cute, hot pink branded box that directly holds the items. Hooray for a low-waste packaging design!
The box is plain on the inside, and the items are cushioned in blue tissue paper.

After subscribing to Mishibox, you will receive a conformational email. You will also receive email alerts and offers about special deals, bonus boxes, and other offers.
Mishibox has a customer portal that is less robust than most. It does not appear to be possible to change shipping information or payment details without contacting customer service.
Customer Experience Rating: 3/5. Plentiful email communication. Difficult to edit subscription details.
Mishibox does not ask about allergies during the subscription sign-up process, nor does the website contain information on requesting allergy accommodations. So we don’t know if they will accommodate allergies.
